My name is Sugna Devi. I live in Jaipur.
Before Joining Azad Foundation, I used to stitch tote bags, hem falls to sarees and stitch other small items. Those days we had nothing at home like furniture, appliances, and other necessary things at home.
Azad and Sakha changed my life altogether. After I started working with Sakha I purchased Almirah, 2 wheeler, Fridge, Cooler and Jewellery and many more things for myself. I also purchased a land of my own. Earlier, I used to work from home and always was at home. Now I travel all over Jaipur and also out of Jaipur.
Now my family and neighbours are very happy seeing me driving every day. After leaving Sakha I purchased a car work 12 lacs and started driving taking bookings personally. I also trained my husband to drive and when he lost his job he had already got his license and was trained completely. I registered his id on Rapido and Ola and he also drives my car on booking. We both earn from driving and live a dignified life. We are able to provide good education to our kids in good school and college.
I thank Sakha and Azad Foundation from the bottom of my heart for all these and changing my life to this level.
