Meenu Vadera

A graduate from London School of Economics with an M.Sc. in Social Policy and Planning, Meenu is the Founder of Sakha Consulting Wings, a unique social enterprise that creates safe employment options for women professional drivers and enables them to acquire a “livelihood with dignity”. She has work experience of over 20 years as a grassroots worker, trainer, implementer, and leader. She has been involved in development initiatives as the Country Director in Action Aid Uganda (1998-2003). In India, she has also led an innovative initiative of Aagaz Academy-Schools of Leadership for elected women panchayat leaders. She has also written and published many articles on women’s rights and has been the recipient of multiple awards including ‘International Inspiration’ Award by IBM iX ‘Everywoman in Travel’ award, 2018, and featured amongst the ‘Seven Women Changing the World for Good in 2019’. Along with several other awards and recognitions, Sakha Consulting Wings has received Emerging social enterprises 2018 by Shared Value Initiative in her leadership.

Ranu Bhogal

Ranu has been working in the development sector for almost 30 years. She has extensive experience on issues related to Gender, Natural resource management, Sustainable development with a special focus on rural development. She has worked with several multilateral and bilateral donors as well as the State and Central Governments. Currently, she is Director of Policy, Research and Campaigns with Oxfam India. Ranu Holds a Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a Postgraduate diploma in Rural Management from IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand). She is a Hubert Humphrey Fulbright fellow.

Supriya Dutt

A chartered accountant by profession, Supriya has extensive experience of managing finance and process re-engineering in both the corporate and social sector for over 2 decades. She brings a deep understanding of financial discipline and management skills to the organisation.

Priya Gupta

An alumnus of IIM Kolkata, Priya has a myriad of experience in the field of Human Resources. She is also an entrepreneur of a leading HR consultancy firm.

Nayantara Janardhan

Nayantara started her career in hotel industry. Passionate about bringing in positive change and a strong inclination towards social sector, Nayantara was the first COO of Sakha. Currently she is also the programme manager with EnAble India in Bengaluru.

Pallavi Chaman

An MBA (Finance) professional with more than 18years of experience in development sector’s finance. Pallavi has worked with various organizations like Azad Foundation, Development Alternatives and VIDYA Integrated Development for Youth and Adults. Pallavi has functional expertise in accounting, financial management, grant management, FCRA, budgeting, MIS, Indian taxation, and internal & statutory auditing.
