It’s been a decade of Sakha’s inception, and since then, it has collected many accolades under its name.

Sakha and Azad Foundation were featured in a reality TV show called “SatyamevaJayate” produced and hosted by a well-known Bollywood actor Aamir Khan. The show focuses on social inequalities and issues in Indian Society. Since then, actor Aamir Khan has been supporting our cause and uses Sakha Cabs whenever he is in Delhi.

Our drivers had the opportunity to interact with many celebrities and international personalities like  David Cameroon, ex-Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of the Netherlands, theDuke & Duchess of CambridgePrince William and Kate Middleton, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, famous Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly.

Our women drivers have been nominated for numerous awards

The courageous stories of Sakha’s drivers are regularly covered by national as well as foreign media (e.g. The Guardian, New York Times) and have been featured in a number of films, including the award-winning short documentary produced by American Jewish World Service (AJWS): On the Road: Khushi’s Story
