It’s been a decade of Sakha’s inception, and since then, it has collected many accolades under its name.
Sakha and Azad Foundation were featured in a reality TV show called “SatyamevaJayate” produced and hosted by a well-known Bollywood actor Aamir Khan. The show focuses on social inequalities and issues in Indian Society. Since then, actor Aamir Khan has been supporting our cause and uses Sakha Cabs whenever he is in Delhi.

Sakha was awarded the Astitva Samman 2020 by the Women & Child Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 22 February 2020 in recognition of their work as ‘exemplary advocates for women empowerment and gender sensitive workplace.’

Anjana Verma, Professional Chauffeur at Sakha was felicitated as a gender equality champion at an event organized by Multiple Action Research Group and The British High Commission UK in India in collaboration with Centre for Social Equity and Social Inclusion in New Delhi on International Women’s Day.
The Azad-Sakha team received a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ from then US Ambassador to India, Mr. Richard R. Verma at the US Embassy on March 2015.
Omkari, a woman chauffeur trained by Azad Foundation and employed with Sakha, received an award on the International Women’s Day organized by SRL Diagnostics.
Sakha won an amount of 15,000 euros in BiD Network’s Best Business Plan in the category of Women in Business.
