Sharda is a single mother of 2 and lives in a household of 6. The household runs on her mothers pension and Sharda’s salary. She has  studied up to class 8 and have has done courses in computers and patient care. However, the jobs that came with these did not excite her. In February 2024 she joined Sakha as a driver, and she says her whole life changed. With her career as a chauffeur, she is no longer stressed, and her mother and children are very proud with her choice of career.
