Usha has 3 children who are studying and a husband who cannot work as he has a heart ailment. Before joining Azad/Sakha, she was a homemaker who needed company to step out of the house as she had no idea about roads, buses etc. Now she is the sole bread earner in her house, pays for rent and household expenses and focusses on her childrens education. She too passed her class 10 exams in 2023.
